Public Facing terms of use & age restrictions:

  • Available to anybody over the age of 3, however if you can't skate you must be accompanied by an adult if you are under the age of 12. Management reserve right to refuse children under 12 if we feel it is too dangerous for them to skate on their own without an adult skating with them.

 

Terms and conditions -

  • The purchase of a weekend ticket cannot be refunded or redeemed for anything else on the Shambala Site, wristbands will be collected at the Rollerdisco with receipt shown from Shambala. Tickets include skate hire and the use of protection if required. No drinks are allowed in the skating rink and rollerskates must be worn, or inline skates. No skateboards, hover boards, shoes, bikes, scooters or heelie are allowed. Stoppers or jam plugs must be worn if you have your own skates and management refuse the right to allow you to skate if you are to intoxicated or are deemed a health and safety risk to yourself or others. Rollerskating is at your own risk and a disclaimer will be required to be signed before skating.
